I’ve made this sort of cole slaw with Blue Cheese before but just had to add this one because of the name! If you love blue cheese you’ve got to try this! It sort of looks red white and blue! I’ve changed it up a few times. You could add dried blueberries or strawberries. Pecans are really good in it too!
