Kapusta, a traditional Polish dish, is a flavorful and satisfying meal made with cabbage as its main ingredient. This version, however, uses sauerkraut as a quick and easy substitute for the braised cabbage, making it a great option for those who are short on time.


For newbies, use green onion or onion powder instead of the onion.



Keto Kapusta Recipe:

1/2 sweet onion, sautéed

1 ring of Kielbasa

l container of sauerkraut drained and rinsed
