Roasted garlic is a flavorful addition to anything and has fantastic health benefits, like boosting immunity.

Slice the tops off several bulbs of garlic, place on a foil-lined baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Squeeze the bulbs into cauliflower mash, stir-fries, dressings, or anything else you like!

Do you leave the garlic in the bulb once it's done cooking, or pinch them out and put in an air tight container?
