You can’t go wrong making mashed cauliflower for a holiday meal. I love this roasted garlic flavor so much. I make it a little tastier by using heavy cream instead of almond milk and sometimes adding some cream cheese. Start out using half of the heavy cream though because you don’t want the cauliflower to be soupy. Dry it well and don’t over-process it for best results.
