I’ve always added toasted slivered almonds to green beans but never had tried pecans before, so when I saw this recipe I had to try it. I loved the greens beans with the toasted pecans, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese. I had some bacon cooked so I added that to the recipe and that was very good!

Served the green beans with some yummy BBQ ribs and Mashed Cauliflower a la George. A really great meal!
