Serve open-faced and topped with a couple of layers of cheese and a southwestern mix of green chiles, pork sausage, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and some ground cumin. Bake in a dish at 350 deg F for about 15 minutes to get everything nice and gooey. Yum!
