Name: Rudy’s Keto Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients: 1.5 tsp salt; 2 tsp. lemon juice; 1 tbsp. ground ginger; 1 tbsp. ground garlic; 1 tsp. Indian red chili powder (if you can get it from Amazon, use the ʺKashmiriʺ variety of chili that gives a tremendous red color without much heat); 3/4 cup Greek yogurt; 1 tbsp. ground ginger; 1 tbsp ground garlic; 3 tbsp. oil; 3 tbsp. Tandoori spice masala powder (search for it on Amazon). If you can't find tandoori masala, you can approximate your own with 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder and 1 tsp. each of cumin powder, crushed coriander seeds, turmeric powder; 1 tsp salt; 8 pieces of chicken, bone-in thighs or drumsticks
