I will use the above tartar sauce recipe to go with the salmon patties. I usually don’t have capers and just leave them out and it’s still really good. I use dill pickle relish instead of chopping the pickle, but either way works great!
Also, instead of the chili powder I usually sub Old Bay Seasoning, but the chili powder might be really good!
I made these today but somehow forgot to add the egg so they didn't hold together. I ended up just scooping up the salmon on cucumber slices. Delicious!!
