This was outstanding, and I served the blackened salmon and sauce over hearts of palm rice! I loved it, but I cooked it way longer than the box instructions say to. I like the hearts of palm products less crunchy, and that gives them a better texture than the carby versions. I also added garlic chili paste because I like spicy things.
