This was an easy, fast Salmon dish that was very delicious. I served it with the Zucchini Mushroom Rollups, Cauliflower Mash a la George, and Cucumber Tomato Salad. This was a really great meal!
Take the Salmon Filets (as many as you like) and pat them dry.
Season lightly with Seasoning Salt on both sides.
Make the Garlic Herb Sauce by melting about 1/4 cup of butter in the microwave. Add 1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic and about 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Dill or your herb of choice. Stir together and brush filets with the sauce.
I used an air fryer grill to make nice grill marks, but you could also use an outdoor grill or regular oven. Place the skinless side down first, and depending on the thickness, cook halfway through. My filets were very thin, so it only took about two minutes before I flipped them over.
After flipping, brush with more sauce, top with a lemon slice, and finish cooking for another couple of minutes or until done.
Sprinkle with a little more freshly chopped Dill.
