Sam from our community suggested that I fry my eggs in chili oil after discussing this pesto eggs recipe. I made them for breakfast today and just wanted to say thanks so much for the suggestion, Sam! They were SO good! 🌶
I couldn’t wait to make them because l love spicy things and Walmart didn’t have chili oil in the store, so I ordered from them online. Yesterday, this lone bottle of chili appeared on my doorstep, wrapped in a plastic grocery bag! Ha! They hand-delivered it from somewhere! 😊
So today, I made bacon and even sprinkled a little chili on it as it was cooking. Then, I added half a chopped jalapeño and cooked it and the eggs in the bacon grease and chili oil! Go big or go home, right?😱 So for a great breakfast that gets you going, try Sam’s Chili Oil eggs! Thanks so much, Sam! I’ll make these all the time from now on! These eggs were so spicy and delicious!
