Sausage Pepper and Cauliflower Fried Rice

This is just a great recipe to have often and to have for leftovers throughout the week. I love it because it’s an all-in-one dish that provides the meal with everything you need! I use fresh cauliflower rice, or if I’m in a hurry, I like Green Giant Cauliflower Risotto Medley with little bits of Asparagus and Mushrooms. You can also add whatever protein and veggies you want to this recipe! I will switch out the Italian Seasoning and make it more Oriental flavors with soy sauce, fresh ginger, and sriracha! This dish can be whatever you want!
