This is a treat I made for St. Patrick‘s Day, but this is good any time! You could also make a chocolate version!

I just put some unsweetened almond milk in the blender and added heavy cream to taste, a tiny bit of stevia, vanilla extract (peppermint extract may be used instead), and a few ice cubes. Blend well. Then top with sugar-free whipped cream and sugar-free chocolate syrup!
I just added the green food coloring for a special touch, but it's unnecessary! This is excellent with unsweetened chocolate almond milk too and very low carb!
