I made keto tamales filled with chicken thigh meat in chipotle Chile sauce and topped them with sour cream. S00000 good. "Masa" from the recipe below was surprisingly good as a substitute. It's not exactly like the original, but it's acceptable for fewer carbs. It's a keeper recipe. Gonna make some more and freeze them for later usage.
