Shirley’s Keto Egg Bites

A great breakfast or snack packed with veggies!

Meal prep on a Walmart budget.

1b Ground Beef

1/4 cup frozen onions,

1 bag frozen spinach,

1 bag frozen cauliflower (cook all these together with spices )

mix into 4 eggs,

top with 1/2 cup cheese


Each is approximate:

1.6 oz protein

1 carb.


Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. I top it with sour cream or salsa. I normally

eat 2 for dinner with a salad.
