This is a great stir fry but doesn’t use Asian flavors. Serve over cauliflower rice seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and butter. So yummy!
Put the oil of choice in a skillet or grill pan
Season about 1 pound of shrimp with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about one minute on each side. Don’t overcook.
Remove from pan
Add small pieces of Italian sausage and cook till done
Remove from pan
Add 1/2 red onion, sliced red pepper, yellow pepper, and orange peppers. Cook till almost done. Add chopped zucchini and yellow squash and cook till done.
Add shrimp and sausage back to the pan.
Serve over cauliflower rice seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, butter, salt, and pepper.
