OMG this shrimp brochette is so good. The sauce is amazing over the shrimp. I made a little extra to go over the cauliflower rice. I did cook the bacon for a couple of minutes before wrapping the shrimp so the shrimp wouldn’t overcook. The shrimp brochettes are also great on the grill. I then served it all over Green Giant Cauliflower Risotto Medley (see photo below). I added a little finely chopped red pepper, butter, seasoning salt, and pepper. Then garnished with a little chopped green onion.
