Gene's notes: For the Pasta Zero noodles, prep by draining and rinsing well. Then **in a glass bowl put in microwave for 1 minute on high. Drain well. Repeat from ** twice. After the final draining, they are ready to use with no "off taste."
You can certainly garnish with a few peanuts or even chopped walnuts. I do like Denise's idea of green onions for a garnish also. You could reserve some of the chayote and red pepper for garnish also. Feel free to play with the recipe. I do that with most recipes.
