Keto Shrimp Salad Lettuce Cups

These Shrimp Salad Lettuce Cups were super yummy. You can pick them up and eat them like a taco! I don‘t know if it’s a Southern thing or not, but it’s in my DNA to add hard-boiled egg and sweet pickle relish to shrimp salad! I had to do it, I had no choice!😃 But make it the way the recipe is written and I know it would be super good that way too! I used a Sugarfree sweet pickle relish I get at Walmart that is sweetened with Splenda. I liked the addition of the horseradish, Sugarfree ketchup, and for some shocking news, I had no Tabasco! I don’t know how that can even be, so I used Sriracha instead and it still tasted great! I loved the fresh dill also. Fresh herbs make all the difference. So this was a little different from my tried and true way of making shrimp salad, but I liked it very much! 😊
