Shrimp with Zucchini Zoodles

Delicious creamy shrimp in veggie noodles!



6 large shrimp sautéed in 1T of butter and olive oil, with frozen zucchini spirals and two sliced mushrooms. Sauté until shrimp is pink, add fresh Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup) few tablespoons of whipping cream, and stir until cheese is blended. Salt to taste. I don’t have counts. I haven’t eaten since early morning so I knew I was below max proportions. DELICIOUS!
