Slow Cooker Beef Brisket

This slow cooker method is a great way to cook brisket. It comes out so nice and tender and gets finished off in the oven. I substitute the brown sugar with brown sugar Swerve or any other brown sugar sweetener. I also just buy sugar-free BBQ sauce. I like G Hughes or Sweet Baby Rays.
