Only 90 seconds to make a yummy Snickerdoodle cake!
Snickerdoodle Mug Cake
Mix in a mug:
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
6 Tablespoons almond flour
2 Tablespoons of sweetener of choice or a tiny amount of stevia powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Place in microwave for 90 seconds then top with cream cheese icing.
Enjoy!
