This bread is delicious! I baked it in small loaf pans but you could use a regular size loaf pan. I topped it with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
The dough turns out sort of stiff. I used an ice cream scoop to divide it and place it in three small loaf pans. Then I sort of poked it down so it would fill the pan. It's best kept in the refrigerator and it can be sliced *very* thin (approx 1/4 in.) It's good toasted with butter or cream cheese. Debra loves it with cream cheese and lox.
I wanted this recipe after hearing you all talk about it! Looking forward to trying this.
