Staple Keto Breakfast for Newbies

I prepare bacon (or the protein of your choice) in advance and save the bacon fat to sautee my red/green peppers and mushrooms mixture, also prepared in advance (I just added red onion after 30 days without for newbies) 2 eggs over medium, steamed spinach (with 1TB butter) and 1 slice of bacon.


Again, everything is prepared in advance except the over medium eggs.


I work odd hours so I'm up at 2:30am. This breakfast keeps me full until lunchtime at 9:30am.
