My favorite, Ree Drummond, created a steak bite with a spicy blue cheese cream sauce recipe that was very quick to prepare and yummy! I made that with some Cauliflower Mash a la George and asparagus.

I already had the cauliflower mash precooked and ready to go. So, my first item was to cook the asparagus in the skillet with a bit of seasoning salt, garlic powder, and butter. Once that was done, I set aside.
In the same skillet I melted butter and added cut up rib eye which was seasoned with Kinders Red Red Jalapeno Garlic.
After steak is cooked, remove and in the same pan I added a lot of garlic (because that’s just how I like things), and then the rosemary. I decided to sauté some mushrooms also.
I then added the cream, blue cheese, and horseradish from the steak bite recipe, let it be reduced a little, and added seasoning salt and pepper to taste.
Plated it all and it was delish!
