Steamed Mussels with Garlic and Lemon

I love sharing this as an appetizer with one other person. It's a pretty basic and quick recipe with butter and garlic—a combination I go for every time! I use a very low-carb tortilla to dip the sauce, or if I'm industrious enough, I'll make a chaffle and dip it into the sauce.
