Stephanie A’s Oven Roasted Veggies

Intensify the flavor of veggies by roasting them in the oven!



For dinner, I oven-roasted portobello mushroom caps (sliced), and baby bellos with green, orange, and red peppers. I used olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to flavor my vegetables. I also have some shrimp to go with this as well.
