You can start the jello two ways to make this fluff from Cheesecake It Is. One is where you make just the jello and put it in the fridge, let it gel, and use it that way, or if you’re in a hurry, you can sprinkle the jello powder in with the cream cheese and heavy cream. I usually like to make the jello ahead of time if I can. You can omit the fruit if you like and choose any sugar-free Jello flavor. 🍓

One tip on the Jello brand: They use maltodextrin, which can impact blood sugar. Walmart's version of gelatin doesn’t have it. But if you have the Jello brand, it should be okay. This is just a precaution. 😊
