I did not use Erythritol for the sweetener—way too many carbs. I used organic powdered stevia, or you could use liquid stevia. I can’t remember how much I used, though. Start with a small amount and do tiny increments until you reach the desired sweetness. For newbies, add some strawberry extract or any other extract instead of fresh strawberries. This will cut down on the carbs, too!
