Strawberry Cheesecake Pops

Such a "sweet" treat for summer - great for a Fourth of July gathering if you alter the recipe to do half strawberries and half blueberries! Also, a great Fat Bomb! You may use any berry you like also! Low-Carb Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles from Hip2Keto.

I did not use Erythritol for the sweetener—way too many carbs. I used organic powdered stevia, or you could use liquid stevia. I can’t remember how much I used, though. Start with a small amount and do tiny increments until you reach the desired sweetness. For newbies, add some strawberry extract or any other extract instead of fresh strawberries. This will cut down on the carbs, too!
