I’ve wanted to make Keto sushi for so long that I finally did! These are three great rolls, including a fried one and a recipe for tempura shrimp that goes in the sushi roll. I had leftover shrimp, and it’s perfect to be served with a sriracha mayo sauce.
The sushi is served with soy sauce, and I found this Wasabi Sauce by Kikkoman, which adds the perfect sushi flavor. I swear I could be easily fooled by this and think it was carby sushi—it is that good. If you like sushi, you’ve got to try one or all three of these rolls!
The tempura shrimp is great served with sriracha mayo.
