These sushi bites turned out so great and satisfied my sushi craving! I found these seaweed chips and Nori rice seasoning on Amazon. To make the cauliflower sushi rice, mix drained cauliflower rice with some cream cheese, a splash of rice vinegar (not very much), and the Nori rice seasoning. Spread that in the seaweed chip, then I put sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, crab meat, Yum Yum sauce, and a teeny bit of bought wasabi sauce. I could eat these every day! You can put whatever sushi toppings on them that you like!
