Sushi Chaffle

This was SO good! The chaffle is made out of cauliflower sushi rice and then all the sushi toppings are next! You can make this your own and add whatever toppings you like, but I put cream cheese on the chaffle and sprinkled it with a little more Nouri sushi rice seasoning, then a layer of cucumber slices, then avocado slices, then the shrimp mixed with the Yum Yum sauce. That sauce is delicious and can go on so many other things!








Place the sushi rice in between two pieces of cheese. I just sprinkled some shredded cheddar on the waffle maker and then more on top of the rice! (The seasoning can be found on Amazon)




Seasin the shrimp with whatever seasoning you like then sauté in butter or oil very briefly. If using larger shrimp they will need to be chopped. Mix with Yum Yum sauce and top sushi chaffle with cream cheese, cucumber, avocado, then the shrimp. You can use any toppings you like to make your favorite kind of sushi!
