This is a chaffle taco shell, and I liked it a lot. It was crispy, but I would like it just a bit more crispy I think. I cooked it for four minutes as the recipe directed, but possibly another minute. It was good how it turned out at four minutes, though. I also made three chaffles instead of the two the recipe called for because I wanted them to be thinner. There would also be a good cut in quarters that can be used as a chip for dips! (I also made some cheese enchiladas using the Texas chili recipe, Mr. Tortilla tortillas and cheese! So good!)
