Tammy’s Keto Strawberry Cream Cheese Stuffler

The recipe makes 4 servings. Nutrition, as listed, does not include the whipped cream and

strawberry garnish.


Half the batter on the bottom of the Stuffler maker. About a half-cup filling. The other half

batter. Close and flip. Takes about 13 minutes.


Have a spatula ready in one hand to immediately support the bottom when lifting Stuffler from the iron. Wait for it to cool. Otherwise, it will sag,



Tammy gathered her ingredients.


For the stuffler batter


  • mozzarella cheese

  • butter

  • erythritol

  • almond flour

  • baking powder

  • egg


For the strawberry filling


  • whipping cream

  • vanilla extract

  • cream cheese softened

  • fresh strawberries

  • Swerve


Here’s how Tammy made her delicious strawberry cream cheese stuffler!


A fresh, hot filled stuffler cooling on a wire rack, light and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside and ready to serve!




Here are some ideas of how to top this Belgian-style stuffed waffle.

  • maple syrup

  • top with more strawberries and whipped cream

  • fresh fruit

  • powdered low carb sweetener


Here are more ideas for fillings to use the stuffler batter with. The possibilities are endless for both sweet and savory stufflers!


  • Low Carb Nutella and Strawberries, Blueberries, or Raspberries

  • Spread Low Carb Nutella on one half of the stuffler, then top with more batter.

  • Garnish with more berries and whipped cream.

  • Savory Ham and Cheese Stuffers

  • Layer sliced ham and your favorite cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss) on one-half of the stuffler batter

  • Add a drizzle of low carb maple syrup or low carb honey for a touch of sweetness.

  • Top with more batter.


  • “Apple” Cinnamon Stuffler

  • Saute sliced jicama or chayote with cinnamon and a bit of low carb brown sugar sweetener until tender.

  • Spoon the apple mixture onto one half of the batter

  • Top with more batter

  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of low carb vanilla ice cream for a yummy treat.

  • Spinach, Mushroom, and Feta Stuffler

  • Saute spinach and mushrooms until tender, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Spread cooked spinach and mushrooms on one half of the batter

  • Crumble feta cheese over the top, then top with more batter and cook

  • Lemon Ricotta Stuffler

  • Mix ricotta cheese with lemon zest and a touch of low carb honey.

  • Spread the lemon ricotta mixture on one half of the batter

  • Top with fresh berries and a drizzle of low carb honey

  • Pulled Pork and Coleslaw Stuffler

  • Fill one half of stuffler with batter and then add warmed pulled pork.

  • Top with a spoonful of tangy coleslaw.

  • Add the remaining batter and dip in sugarfree BBQ sauce.
