Texas Chili and Low-Carb Cornbread

A great bowl of chili served with jalapeño cheese cornbread!


I’ll use ground beef or ground chuck. Sometimes I will add bacon and that’s good! Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, and avocado. I usually make this cornbread from a mix and it is to die for. Great plain or I will add chopped jalapeño and shredded cheddar cheese to the mix by Good Dees. I can only have one piece, but it’s worth it!
