I saw several recipes online for this Thai Peanut Sauce to go over broccoli slaw and just kind of combined them. Super crunchy and super good.
Thai Peanut Sauce
3/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Sugar-free Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Minced Fresh Ginger
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
2 squirts of Liquid Stevia
Combine all in a blender or use an immersion blender. Pour over one bag of broccoli slaw and mix well. Top with chopped peanuts and chopped cilantro.
Will keep in the fridge for five days.
