I first found these flatbreads about a year ago and couldn’t believe how good they were, very low carb, with what I think are good ingredients. The ONE ingredient to question is the Wheat Protein Isolate. I don’t even know what that is! But it is used in a low-carb diet. Whether it’s keto or not is another question. 🤷♀️
A whole flatbread is only 6 carbs, and that’s really good, in my opinion. You can do a lot with these, from using them as a pizza crust to a sandwich wrap, making chips, or using them like Naan bread. I made Philly Cheesesteaks wraps tonight. I was only going to have one, but I had two!

3-6-23-Blood Sugar update after eating two of the Lavash Flatbreads- All good, just had a small 10 point rise after dinner. I expected more. Not back down yet though.
