Keto Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Chaffle

This is a great easy shortcut to tomato soup! Just take Rao’s marinara sauce or any other low-carb marinara and add about 1/2 cup of heavy cream to it. I always add more seasoning like garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. For the grilled cheese chaffle, just make the Wonderbread Chaffle recipe below and take the two chaffles filled with whatever kind of cheese you like, then pan fry in a skillet with a little butter. Perfect for dipping in tomato soup!






Wonderbread Chaffle Ingredients

1 tbsp almond flour

1 tsp water

1 tbsp mayo

1/8 baking powder

1 egg

pinch of pink salt


Mix together and cook in chaffle maker for 2-3 minutes.
