Vegan Keto Scramble

A great vegan breakfast option. Tofu seasoned with the best spices -- turmeric and more. I love how tofu will absorb the taste of what it is being cooked in. My favorite back in the day was an avocado and tofu sub from Mellow Mushroom. They fried that tofu up in soy sauce and it was delish. And, the same goes for this scramble!
