Keto Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

This is a very basic classic wedge salad, but oh so good! The homemade blue cheese dressing just makes it. So take wedges of crispy iceberg lettuce, pour the blue cheese dressing on it, then top with chopped tomatoes, bacon, and chopped Italian parsley. I like to add Himalayan Pink Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
