I found this chaffle recipe written on a slip of paper. Not sure where I got it. I didn’t have all the exact measurements so I just guessed. I also added some green onion and chopped jalapeño. You could technically add what you like and just season however you like. But the recipe below is basically what I did and it turned out so good and was delicious and used to make a ham and cheese chafflewitch! Tasted like yummy bread. Could make so many things with this too. Would be good for hamburgers, sandwiches, and cheesesteaks. You could add pepperoni and make a pizza chaffle with a little sauce and cheese!
WHATCHAMACALLIT CHAFFLE
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Chopped Bacon or however much you like
2 Chopped Green Onion (optional)
1/2 Chopped Jalapeño (optional)
2 tsp Ranch Dressing Mix
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt or Regular Salt
1/2 tsp pepper
I made four chaffles with this. Cook in the mini Dash waffle maker until the light goes out.
looks like this could be a keeper!
Sounds yummy. I’m going to have to get brave and try one. (Once I get the nutrition stuff sorted)
