Whitney’s Keto Chaffle Bowl

So many uses for a chaffle bowl! From soups and salads to desserts! The chaffle bowl is shown with chili.


Using the Dash "ice cream cup” maker,


Chaffle Bowl Batter


1 egg,

1/2 cup shredded cheddar

1 tbsp almond flour


Mix all ingredients well. Will make two bowls.


Add keto chill, tuna salad, egg salad, or even make a mini taco salad. You can also use mozzarella, add a little stevia and almond extract, then fill it with berries and whipped cream! SO many options!
