Yogurt Granola Parfait

I love Greek yogurt so much that I could have it for breakfast every day. But I don't. I vary my diet because I inevitably get bored with my food. 


This is a nice berry-packed treat that I allow myself once a week. It's a bit higher in carbs, but oh, so delicious. Chia seeds are a recent discovery, and I like them!
