Keo Zucchini Hummus

I love hummus and made cauliflower hummus not too long ago so I wanted to try the zucchini version. Both are super yummy! You could probably use any veggie, like eggplant or yellow squash. It’s the tahini that gives it the hummus taste to whatever veggie you use. I serve it with cucumber slices, celery sticks, cheese crisps, and low-carb crackers. It’s a great way to have a veggie too!
