Keto Zucchini Pizza Bites

These turned out to be really delicious and a great way to get a veggie in. Just slice a zucchini and place it in a muffin pan, muffin top pan, or baking sheet lined with parchment. I sprinkle the slices with some seasoning salt, then top with a spoonful of whatever sauce you like. You can use Rao’s marinara or Alfredo. Pesto sauce would be great, also. Then add mozzarella cheese and whatever toppings you like. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and a little garlic powder. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until they look done.
