I think it is so important to forget the past ways of thinking food had to be fat free always..LOOSE THE FAT N GREASE. We now with virta need the allotted fats with each meal. Fat is one of the needed macros to help turn your body into a fat burning machine. 😀

Use a food tracking app. It’s not required but it definitely makes it easier to be sure you’re not over doing any of the macros. Some suggestions: Carb Manager, Fat Secret, My Fitness Pal

Keep your meals simple. Prep if at all possible. Be prepared for "emergency" food situations, for example, have something on hand to cook quickly in a pinch.
